How do I raise an Access Request?

When investigating fund detail information, you might get some areas with covered information:

Certain parts of a fund's information are protected and can only be revealed after the fund manager agrees to do so. Those information are typically:

  • Counterparties like administrators, custodians, brokers etc.
  • Marketing Documents like recent factsheets or offering memorandums

If, after evaluating the available information of a fund, you would like to get access to its additional information, you can send them an Access Request by clicking the blue Request Access button on the covered area.

On this appearing form, you can enter a note for the fund manager and click Request Access to send the request.

This will notify the fund manager that you are interested in gaining more information about the fund. Once the managers accepts your request, you will automatically gain access to fund documentation and characteristics!

NOTE! Access Requests indicate genuine interest of you as an investor into this fund and a potential future investment. Any form of abuse, such as marketing/offering of other services, being a competitor or service provider, etc. will result in suspension from the Fundbase platform.
